Leadership in business

A topic which is still none talks about enough is the question of leadership in business and the perception. With the names of our business bags we set a statement. Bossy, Sassy, Savvy you name it, women get names which are not what you want to hear.

Men which are leading and managing well are called leaders, women are called bossy.

Men are naturally managers but women if they say out their opinion are sassy. You get it? – We are not yet at equality.

The words matter

The words used and the designations given matter and as result are important to be chosen well. Call yourself Bossy and be proud. Be the boss and feel confident as you deserve it. You make a difference with the words you chose and the way you talk. Pay attention and soon you will see a change.
