What are the ways of delivery?

Delivery made by Colissimo postal service, La poste France:

Your delivery will be made to address indicated when ordering.

We do not accept deliveries to hotels, anonym mailbox, and an address with mention of “military”.

All articles are insured until delivery hand over.

Deliveries are made by Colissimo from Monday to Friday mainly.

Costs of delivery

The delivery costs are stated in the order overview before confirming the order. These are the following:

Delays

The delay of delivery will be stated in you order overview before confirming order. If not indicated differently or delivery falls into holiday season, you will be delivered in following delay:

• 4 to 6 working days after reception of order confirmation

To assure a delivery without any delays or problems, please read carefully the following:

You will receive a tracking by email from Colissimo stating delivery status. Please consult this tracking regularly to check order status. The day before delivery Colissimo will inform you about next day planned delivery. You can at following change online delivery date or preference of time.

Attention: You cannot change the delivery address

WHERE WE DELIVER TO

We exclusively deliver to countries in the European Union and Switzerland and Norway. If charges for importation occur, like customs or VAT, all charges are to be paid from the customer.
